As some of you may already know, Lathan no longer takes naps in the day unless Ben and I have a late night Bible Study or something like that in which he will be up much later than usual. Just this past week he began sneeking off upstairs to his room to enjoy his beloved books and recite bits and pieces of the stories. Eventually the sand man pays him a visit and he will slowly doze off. Hmmmmmm, who does that??? Papa maybe....or Papa John... Just a little smidget of joy I get from witnessing little pieces of my husband in my son.
