Sorry I have not been diligent in keeping you all up to date. I thought I'd write again before the baby arrives and I really lose track of time, days, and sleep. Ben and I threw together a small birthday party for Lathan the Saturday before his big day. He had a blast and it was so awesome to see how shy he still is. For instance, when we all started to sing Happy Birthday he smiled real big and then ducked under the table, trying to hide because he didn't know how to react to all the attention and eyes upon him. He really enjoyed the pinata which he picked out at our local grocery store. It has been such a blessing to see him grow and to be knitted together among such a strong believing body, I am truly thankful for all the families that are so close to us in distance and friendship.
