Many of you know that I am getting out of the military in 6 months. I am trying to think of ideas in case I start my own business. This image was originally spawned from my ill content over the little blue alien that appeared by my name every time I commented on someone's blog. Now I am thinking of incorporating it into a business logo. I am curious to hear the reaction of my faithful three blog readers before I go posting this thing all over the city. Be blunt, please. I am looking forward to hearing your response.

Well, I love the concept of the shell, depending on the type of business you're starting, but you'll want to make sure that there's no copyright on the image. I mean, it's no fun get things printed with your logo only to find out that someone is going to sue you if you continue to use it. Know what I mean?
Also, the initials probably need to be bigger, and may a different font, but like I said, it's a nice concept.
One other thing: you really need something that is a scalable vector file (like ai or eps) so that you can use it in a variety of sizes without the image looking pixelated and grainy.
If you need help, I just happen to know someone who is a graphic designer, and he works on the cheap (sometimes free) for his family. :)

I don't like it. I think it's the shell. How it goes from large to small and curls in. Maybe a different shell. This is just my opinion of course and others may really like this type of shell.
I think its cool that you are starting to do design. The initials and graph paper are very cool.
